The groundworks phase is now complete, and the foundations for the new extension have been successfully installed. This critical stage of the build provides a strong, compliant base for the significant structural works planned. Our team has ensured all groundwork and foundation activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, we are pleased to confirm that the kit for the extension has been constructed on site. This represents a major milestone in the programme and allows us to move forward with the erection of the superstructure, internal partitioning, and roofing. The transformation of this property is well underway.

- Expanding the property from four bedrooms to seven bedrooms
- Construction of new en-suite bathrooms and a shower room as part of the extension
